Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a decent size but had some issues with temperature control and a ceiling leak in the breakfast area that affected the ambiance. However, the location was great for being close to Texas A&M and convenient with nearby dining options. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some maintenance issues in the common areas. The dining experience was good but could use more variety in the menu.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite needing an update and lacking some amenities, were surprisingly spacious with a cozy couch, a convenient mini fridge, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very accommodating while others seemed less enthusiastic, although Denisha and Mindy were particularly amazing. The location was excellent, being close to the college, a bar and grill, and a Walmart, but the noise from the nearby conference room was a downside during breakfast. The dining experience was adequate but could improve with added options like a waffle maker. Overall, the hotel has its strengths and weaknesses that make for an interesting stay.
The hotel had a great location next to Walmart and a bar and grill, making it convenient for dining options and shopping. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, but there was a moldy smell that affected the overall experience. The service was exceptional with prompt and apologetic responses even for issues beyond their control.
