My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a decent size but had some issues with temperature control and a ceiling leak in the breakfast area that affected the ambiance. However, the location was great for being close to Texas A&M and convenient with nearby dining options. The rooms, despite needing an update and lacking some amenities, were surprisingly spacious with a cozy couch, a convenient mini fridge, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very accommodating while others seemed less enthusiastic, although Denisha and Mindy were particularly amazing. The location was excellent, being close to the college, a bar and grill, and a Walmart, but the noise from the nearby conference room was a downside during breakfast. The dining experience was adequate but could improve with added options like a waffle maker. Overall, the hotel has its strengths and weaknesses that make for an interesting stay.
